1. About BadloBazaar
BadloBazaar is a 100% free digital barter and exchange marketplace. Our platform allows registered users to list their products and exchange them with other users — completely free of cost. We do not charge any fees for listing items, browsing, or completing exchanges between users.
BadloBazaar is a free platform. The only charges applicable are if you choose to run paid advertisements on our platform to promote your listings to a wider audience. All other features remain free.
2. Platform Role — Intermediary Only
BadloBazaar acts solely as a neutral intermediary platform. We connect buyers, sellers, and traders. We are not a party to any transaction, exchange, or deal conducted between users. We do not own, inspect, verify, or guarantee any item listed on the platform.
3. Fraud & Scam Disclaimer — Important Notice

BadloBazaar does not guarantee the identity, honesty, or intentions of any user on the platform. If you encounter or become a victim of any fraud, scam, cheating, or dishonest behavior by another user, BadloBazaar will not be held legally or financially responsible for any resulting loss, damage, or harm.
- Always verify items in person before completing any exchange.
- Never make advance payments to any user for any item or deal.
- Report suspicious users or listings immediately using our report feature.
- Exercise caution and use your own judgment when dealing with other users.
Users are solely responsible for their own decisions and transactions on the platform. BadloBazaar strongly advises meeting in a safe, public location for all exchanges.
4. User Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older to use BadloBazaar.
- Information provided must be accurate, honest, and genuine.
- One user = one account. Fake or duplicate profiles are strictly prohibited.
5. User Responsibilities
By using BadloBazaar, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, truthful descriptions and images of items you list.
- Not list stolen, illegal, counterfeit, hazardous, or prohibited goods.
- Not engage in any form of fraud, deception, or misrepresentation.
- Treat other users with respect and honesty.
6. Advertising on BadloBazaar
BadloBazaar is free for all users. However, users and businesses who wish to promote their listings through paid advertisements on our platform may do so through our official advertising program. Charges apply only for ad placements. All standard features of the platform remain completely free.
7. Account Suspension
BadloBazaar reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these Terms of Use, engages in fraudulent activity, or causes harm to other users or the platform.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
App Terms of Use
1. Platform Access
By downloading or using the BadloBazaar mobile application, you agree to these App Terms of Use. You must be at least 18 years old to list items or request trades.
2. Free to Use
The BadloBazaar app is completely free to download and use. There are no subscription fees, listing fees, or transaction commissions. The only paid service available is running promotional ads to boost your listing visibility.
3. Fraud & Scam Disclaimer
⚠️ Important: BadloBazaar is not responsible for any fraud or scam.
If any user cheats, scams, or defrauds you during an exchange, BadloBazaar bears no liability for that transaction. Always verify items in person, never make advance payments, and report suspicious behavior immediately.
4. Prohibited Items & Swaps
You may not list illegal, stolen, hazardous, or counterfeited goods. BadloBazaar reserves the right to suspend accounts listing prohibited items without prior notice.
5. App Use License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial barter matching only.
6. Safety Guidelines
- Always meet in a safe, public location for item exchanges.
- Never share sensitive personal or financial information with other users.
- Report any suspicious or fraudulent activity via the in-app report feature.
